TCF facilitates monthly meetings that provide a safe space for grieving parents to support one another, share their stories, and talk openly about the realities of loss and healing. TCF creates an environment where families can continue to say their loved one’s name, honoring their memory while finding comfort in shared understanding.
Holly’s Heart Foundation: Holly’s Heart Foundation is a meaningful organization that provides organ donor families with a "heartbeat keepsake"—a recorded heartbeat inside a build-a-bear, creating a lasting, tangible connection to their loved one. This initiative is a powerful way to comfort grieving families and create a lasting connection to their loved one.

Warrior Canine Connection: Warrior Canine Connection is a program dedicated to supporting recovering veterans through the training of service dogs. Through a connection we made at TCF, we learned about this organization and felt compelled to contribute to its mission. Warrior Canine Connection helps veterans regain independence and emotional support through service animals.
